Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat on all their queries related to their subscription, invoicing, troubleshooting Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality. Deliver a high quality of service to ensure a superior customer experience.
